Poster Guideline for ICMMA 2014

    Poster Guideline

    1 min. oral presentation

    ・ Prepare 1 page slide in PDF format for the short time oral presentation.

    ・Send your pdf file to ICMMA Office (icmma 2014.meiji@gmail.com) by Jan. 7th.

    ・The file name should be "Poster_No._your last name.pdf".
    　　* Poster No. is listed below.
    　　e.x., "Poster_28_Suematsu.pdf".

    ・We will arrange notebook PC for the presentation and operate all slides.

    ・The author has a chance to give his/her 1 min. oral presentation in order to
    　introduce his/her poster presentation.


    　
    Poster presentation

    ・Each author will be provided one board (W: 960 mm × H: 1800 mm).

    ・Recommended size of your poster is A0.

    ・Be sure you place your presentation on the board number for your poster that appears
    　 in a next page. Each board will be numbered on the upper left corner.

    ・The boards will be available from 10th morning to 12th noon.

    ・Don't leave your poster after the conference.
